Wir implementieren eine nachhaltige Unternehmenspolitik, die wirtschaftliche, qualitative, gesundheitliche und sicherheitsbezogene Aspekte im Einklang mit den gesetzlichen Anforderungen an unser Hotel und seine Umgebung sowie an alle Beteiligten oder von unserem Handeln Betroffenen berücksichtigt.
Das Hotel hält alle geltenden lokalen und internationalen Gesetze und Vorschriften ein.
Alle Menschen, insbesondere die Anwohner, Frauen und etwaige Minderheiten, haben die gleichen Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, auch in Führungspositionen.

We ensure that all property rights, land and water used in the hotel premises have been obtained in accordance with local, community and indigenous rights, including their free, prior and informed consent.

We ensure that no forced settlement of residents occurs during the development/expansion of the hotel.

We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all our guests. Our accessible rooms are carefully designed to meet the needs of individuals with special needs, ensuring comfort, safety and well-being.

Der Name „Rohanou“ ist inspiriert von der geografischen Lage und dem bedeutenden historischen Bezug zum altägyptischen Namen der alten Karawanenroute zwischen Luxor und Quseir, die vom Nil bis zum Roten Meer führte.
