Hotel activities do not adversely impact
the provision of basic water, energy, food, health and sanitation services to local communities.
Access to land, water resources, rights of way, transportation, housing, and historical, archaeological, cultural and spiritual sites of local communities.
We ensure that all property rights, land and water used in the hotel premises have been obtained in accordance with local, community and indigenous rights, including their free, prior and informed consent.
We ensure that no forced settlement of residents occurs during the development/expansion of the hotel.
